On each trial you will briefly see a reference image in the centre. When it disappears, two candidate images will appear near the centre. Choose the option that matches the reference image using the left and right arrow keys or by tapping directly on touch devices.
Every neutral reference image is presented twice: once paired with its prototypical variant and once with its outlier variant. Trials are precomputed and the experiment will end after all trials have been completed, but you may stop at any time and download your data.
